1) Lr.no: RTI-00001/IYSO/26-08-2011/RTI-APPEAL/TC-AP.

2) Lr.no: RTI-00002/IYSO/19-10-2011/APPEAL-RTI-/CIC-AP.

3) APSIC, NOTE Case.No.9917-SIC-PVB-2011, Dated 28.02.2013 Scanned copy (Find Attachments)

4) SRTA Letter. No 11550-S-2012, Dated 04.03.2013 Reply by PIO Scanned copy (Find Attachments).

With reference to the 1st subject cited above, I wish to bring to your greater attention that on dated 26.08.2011 I made representation to The Commissioner, A.P.State Road Transport Authority to accord me the information about Hand Held Terminals and Speed Laser Guns expenditure and its working status, but The Transport Commissioner Govt. of A.P overlooked my sincere representation and failed to reply me within time bound of our noble RTI Act-2005 and I have waited more than 17-Months to get reply.

With reference to the 2nd cited above, On: 19.10.2011 I appealed Hon’ble.A.P.State Chief Information Commissioner Under RTI Act to take appropriate action against The Commissioner, A.P.State Road Transport Authority for overlooking my representation reference 1st cited. But after a long wait Hon’ble A.P Information Commission issued noted Dated 28.02.2013 reference 3rd cited above to attend the hearing before the commission without fail. Even the Hon’ble A.P State Information Commission unable to take the stern action against The Commissioner, A.P.State Road Transport Authority and asked me to seek the proper remedy in legal department, which is injustice and hopeless decision of Hon’ble A.P State Information Commissioner in the matter.

With the reference to the 4th cited above, The Public Information Officer A.P State Road Transport Authority sent the single letter information through registered post Dated 12.03.2013 received and in which it is furnished that 400 No.s of Hand Held Terminals were ordered from M/S Bharat Electronics Limited, Banglore and the same were not customized to the departments requirements, the same are not put to use. No payment was made to the said company. The information provided is total false and baseless claim by The Public Information Officer A.P State Road Transport Authority and concerned officials diggested huge amount of money in the name of HAND HELD TERMINALS. About SPEED LASER GUNS The PIO claimed that total Rs.2,63,80,360 amount spent and 38-Units Speed Laser Guns purchased and 23.No were allotted to 23-District of the State and the remaining 15 Number of speed laser guns were allotted to The Director General of Police, Hyderabad to detect cases of over speeding vehicles.

I unable to understand how can a responsible officers of SRTA Govt. of A.P hides the facts and give such funny and vain information to the applicant. Is it not their illiteracy of the concerned officials! Entire Nation is suffering from the evils of Road Accidents and Accidental Deaths and the other side concerned officials enjoying their life with such scams and focusing towards REVENUE TARGETS.

I also believe that sincere and honest officers like Shri.G.C.Raja Ratnamji who is presently working as The Deputy Transport Commissioner of Nizamabad can make some changes in the current system of paralysed SRTA Govt. of A.P. We indeed need officers like Shri.G.C.Raja Ratnamji in SRTA Department. I cannot forget his restless and sincere services when he worked as The Regional Transport Officer of Karimnagar for the period of 3-Years. His services were highly appreciable and he deserves special appreciations for his sincere efforts to control the evils of Transport Department..port od gional Transport S Shrihri.G.C.Raja Ratnamji

In token of my respect, I whole heartedly request ALL NEWS PAPER PRINT MEDIA & ELECTRONIC MEDIA officials in INDIA to draw your personal attention in the matter and do needful.

Kindly consider this as a pleasant with unified attention and withstand with us in getting social JUSTICE for all section of people.
